Our public services are funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Accordingly, TriCAS clients are not required to pay any fees for our services.

The core services which TriCAS provides from the funds it receives through its Transfer Payment Agreements with the Southeastern Ontario Local Health Integration Network are directed primarily to persons and families and communities troubled by substance abuse problems, problem gambling, or concurrent disorders. Those populations receive some or combinations of services defined in standardized terms by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
