In providing services to achieve its goals and objectives, TriCounty Addication Services will endeavour to plan and implement its services so that they are:

1. Comprehensive
2. Co-ordinated and Collaborative
3. Appropriate (e.g., individualized, flexible, culturally relevant)
4. Accessible
5. The Least Disruptive and Restrictive consistent with meeting a person's needs
6. Accountable to their Users, the Community, and the Funders
7. Encouraging of the Use of Natural and Informal Support Systems (not disrespectful of them)
8. Promoting of Health and Directed Toward Reducing the Stigma of having an Addiction or Mental Health Problem
